Zomato Delivery — payment issue

This is the 2nd this issue has happened to me, so i feel i have to make a complaint. When making a order on zomato there payment gateway has taken numerous of transactions from my account the first time was taken on my debit card and did not realize until 1 month later until i checked 3 payments had been debited from my account of 134 aed totaling 402 aed and i ending up paying for the delivery in cash. They took up to 1 month to refund the funds as they kept telling me the payment was not taken but i was clearly notified from my bank that it was. The second time occurred today on my credit card and when i tried to reach them the only way was through chat and the support on the only told be this wouldn’t happen again. This is not acceptable and zomato should not be allowed to conduct these orders if they’re payment gateway is not 110% fully operating and 110% accurate. They are dealing with peoples money and cause a lot of inconvenience for customers. Especially me.
