I've ordered from zomato an item missing I've contacted both restaurant and valet both are blaming each other but I didn't receive any compensation for the missing items. Who is the culprit here...i don't understand the customer support is ridiculous all.they say is please pardon this time last time i got chicken features in shawarma i lost 350/- rupees for the order.
Please take necessary actions they're charging several kinds of taxes surcharge delivery fee of 61 rupees for 6 km still they don't take responsibility for delivering food items correctly
