Hi, i am a student and a parttime zomato delivery partner, we have our runner application with which we get orders and delivery and can pay the customer's money to the company from the runner app itsel[censored]sing debit, upi or net banking. I have been working for 6 months i didnt got any problems working, yes sometimes there are server issues. But on 30th of november 2019, i paid rs 708 of customer's money successfully using upi, which didnt reflect in the runner app. My money got deducted. I talked with my upi company (Amazon pay upi) and they said it was a successful payment, then i talked to zomato customer centre, they said payment was unsuccessful contact to bank, i talked with my bank (Bank of baroda) and they also convinced me that it was a successful payment. Now the zomato company didn't show a successful payment of the 708 rs, and so i am not getting any refund., and the money is just gone. I know its not a big amount to cry for but i know the value of money and i wont give away a single penny without knowing where its gone. So please help me.
