Zomato — money not refunded for the order cancelled by zomato | |||
Ordered food from zomato with orderid [protected] of rs 105.25 on jan 26, 2020. They did not delivered the food and when i talked to their customer support for the refund, their initiated the refund of rs 30.25 and the message i received is below "we have initiated a refund against your order (Id: [protected]) on zomato order. Refund of rs 30.25 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days." When i pointed out that i need the full refund of rs 105.25, they said they have escalated the issue and i will receive full refund in 2-7 days. After 2 days, i got refund of rs 30.25. Again i asked their customer support that i haven't received my full amount, they again said we have escalated the issue and you will remaining amount in 2-7 days. After 7 days i again contacted them that i haven't received my money, now they are saying they have refunded my entire money for this order id. This is how zomato is cheating their customers Was this information helpful? | |||
