I have ordered food on december 9th godavari delights - bangalore. They deducted money for ordered but food not delivered and my money also not refunded. Zomato should take care the job, if food dispatched you should deliver or should return the money. This is not the fair way to treating customer. Order number is: [protected] Where is my money? After order I made first call to rider told that, ur order was cancelled don't wait for me, immediately informed Zomato customer care by chat same issue and requested refund. But no response at that moment and after one hour mentioned as customer Mobile not reachable. Zomato encouraging this riders cheating the people, blaiming the customers .

Customer care in zomato app morning accepted and agreed for refund, by the evening changed order status as customer Mobile not reachable. They don't want return to he money, so claiming the customer.
I have a order egg chiken chowmin from akash caterer but very bad quality chiken use...chiken is not good...very bad..its not chiken..what is this??
