This is for order no [protected] i ordered from zomato and when i recieved order its not packed it was open box half eaten. I complaint and provided video to customer care they said they working with delivery boy and restaurants. Later, they closed conversation and then i emailed zomato that i would not have half eaten food i need fresh sealed box.
They offered me 50rs coupon. I asked them for sending order again or refund my complete amount. No one come on call and give any resolution. WHY ZOMATO FORCING ME TO BE OKAY TO HAVE NOT SEALED AND HAVE HALF EATEN MEAL? Was this information helpful? |
