Zomato — order delayed for 40 mins and then did not deliver the ordered food | |||||
Hi iam pavani and i have ordered food on 21st april'2018 at around 2 pm from banjarahills. My order was supposed to reach me in 28 mins from booking time. An executive was assigned to deliver and later after 15 mins another executive was assigned to deliver my order. The second executive took more than 35 mins to reach the restaurant and he called from the restaurant stating that he doesnot have cash to take my order and he also informed me that the order cannot be cancelled so i have to leave it like that.in this way i was delayed my food for more than 45 minutes. After all this happened i started asking the support team to address my issue and they have sent me 81 rs in my zomato account. I need a proper answer from them and not this amount.
