Zomato — Order not Placed with restaurant although the payment went through.

I ordered Chaat from Chaat Street in Bangalore on the Zomato platform. One Pav Bhaji and One Pani Puri on 29th March 2024 in the evening. The payment went through, but the order never got placed.

I would appreciate a delivery to the address mentioned or alternatively a payment refund.
