Zomato — out of 3 orders with zomato two orders were declined by the restaurants | |||||
Such a worst service by zomato, they could not coordinate with the restaurants they list and at last you have to be compelled to get the food ordered from a 3rd class restaurants. They wont even credit the amount in our wallets they come back after 3-4 days which is a count of orders they want to receive. This is like cheating the customers in the sake of no. Of orders. I ordered today 6 burgers from the burger club money was deducted twice as one order failed. No, refund initiated yet. The app says the issue will be resolved soon but I have not received anything yet.

After completion of payment process my order not confirmed and amount has been deducted from my account.
December 09/2018. I order my meal 10:23 pm. But no one delivery boy pick my phone and no one deliver my order. Even chat boy also not able to help me.. Now 12;36 still my order not deliver. I escalate this case on social media

On 29th I've booked an order in Zomato, accepted & amount debited from my account, order was also in the way. After some time got a message order has been cancelled for not responding, but I've not received any call & we were trying to reach delivery person number it was not reachable. Amount also they're not refunding. Very disappointed.
