After every Zomato order delivery, 9/10 times delivery partner misbehaves on arrival. This happens mostly to a particular deliver address which is SRA building, despite of the fact that building lift is working, parking area is available, these Zomato delivery partners look down upon the customers who order from this locality, they say mean words on customers' face. I had opted for avoid calling option available on zomato app, delivery person on arrival says, ''aapko avoid calling option select karna hai to next time order hi deneka nahi'' . I was shocked to hear that statement, I immediately reported to zomato chat, but they were as arrogant as their delivery partner was. They didn't address the issue and closed the chat midway. Next time, when i opted out calling option, then the delivery person grabbed the opportunity to call me and asked me to come out of the building at some paanwala's shop to collect the parcel, i denied but he argued for 5 mins on call as he insisted that he can do more deliveries if i collect the parcel from his desired place (call recordings available). Later, for every order, zomato delivery person calls me & harass me unnecessarily by lying building lift is not working (even though it's working), saying mean things post delivery that your location is so pathetic that i'm never going to accept order for this location, etc. They say such mean things just because i deny to add tips unwillingly.
