I ordered Aloo Methi pararatha from a restaurant in Kochi via Zomato. The order No being [protected]. The restaurant sent me butter and Dahi.
I contacted Zomato care via chat and guess what was the outcome. The chat representative apologised for the issue obviously because he or she is paid to do so. The resolution provided is I need to forget about the matter and treat it as a one time exception. There is nothing Zomato can do.
Zomato is indeed a fraud dealing with fraud restaurants.
