Zookr — mobile phone

We have received a damaged & too much rough/old mobile against order tracking ID-[protected] (Zookr STIN: 07AA1CP3427D1ZM). Also the volume key is not available on phone.
As per the zookr detail, product was almost brand new & 6-month warranty was also available on it. But after receiving the product it is shocking while looking the phone condition.
