[Resolved] Zoom Car — cancellation by zoom car without info and charging 4500 rs

I have been cheated by your company, at 6.45 i checked the booking has been cancelled with the dl rejection reasons without making any call to me a lady called me somewhere at 6 she only said was there any issue i said that was okey and i payment has been done

I am trying to call a customer care and the call is not getting through with a technical reason, tell me what charge should charge you for this if you do not revert

It's like zoom car wants to earn by cancellation process, zoom car actually cheated me by doing this

What the hell should i do if someone is waiting for me and i need a car, damn no one bothered to call me

I was driving towards pick up point and booking got cancelled, your customer care number i not going through for a technical reason for which i have a recording also

Refund my 100 ℅ money or i have another way to get the same refund.
