[Resolved] Zoom Car — cancellation charges for fault in website/app | |||||
I had made a cab booking on 9 aug 2017. The pickup was selected from madhapur, hyderabad. Post booking, the website suggested me to pickup the vehicle from hyderabad airport road. This place was about 40 kms from madhapur. I had to cancel the booking due to this. Being an issue with the website app of zoom, i should not be charged with cancellation fee of rs 210.
