[Resolved] Zoom Car — customer care warranties downtime and denies later.

My car is in zoom car., the car was supposed to be serviced bec of a battery damage and owner has to take care if it. I was taking care of it, and i asked executive to block car and asked if i'll get downtime, she said yes.

Shared the recording with team and now everyone is sending automated mails.
