Booking ID - JPS6VOI5. Booked a car and returned it on time. Upon inspection the zoom car guy told no damages I would be refunded 6000 Rs( 5000 security and 1000 for fuel). After that just receive 1000 back and it says 5000 have been deducted due to damages. What damages exactly no mention. I call the customer care and ask them to provide the checklists before and after the booking to confirm what the damage was and it seems they don't have any records. They have been giving the same reply that they need to check with the field executive for 5 days straight and some how the concerned guy is not reachable.The issue is still open. They didn't mention any damage upon return of the car and haven't shown any proof in multiple exchanges upon phone so far.
