You should be 20 years and above to use our service. We did check under your account and see that the refund is already processed to the source from which you have made the payment on 12/06/17. I booked ford figo from chennai mottors on zoom car app, after the completion of journey no refund had been give but on app its showing refunded, my booking id is JPS6TWM1H. completion of journey was 1day ago.
