[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund for fuel not received | |||||
We booked a car kuv 100 on 28 april 2017 12 noon from zoom car for 48 hours. And according to company policy if consumer paid for fuel then company will reimburse full amount paid by consumer. Company's statement "please give your fuel receipt to the fleet executive after your reservation and zoomcar will happily reimburse you for the full amount." we paid for fuel was rs. 4660 and company was paid only rs 1070.. We believe that our team has reached out to you and addressed your concern. Upon checking, we see that the reimbursement of fuel is done on the estimate calculated for the driven kilometres. Hence, the offered resolution is the maximum which we can do in this case. Hoping for your kind understanding in this regard.
