I booked a zoomcar Booking ID: JPSNCL3PV for 14 Jan 8PM in a location in Benglauru. A few hours back, the car came as unavailable and there were no alternative cars as well.
Booking Amount: INR 3439/-
Now, I have not been refunded this amount. I could not reach Zoomcar customer service - there is no human operator nor an email id. I put a Google review and they mentioned they will get back. However, no refund has come through.
