I booked vehicle in chennai (Vehicle number TN49CB1984) on 9/11/23, While driving i noticed that its reverse gear was not working, I requested to change vehicle through app, and i have allotted a new vehicle (Vehicle number TN91D7788.
Later i noticed that, in the first car i lost my carry bag (Which contain my laptop charger, some important note books and some 1000 cash). I tried to raise complaint through app, unfortunately there was no option to do that, i was allowed to communicate with second vehicle owner only,
App does not provide any option to talk to customer care or any mail id to complain. No customer care facility is provided.
After i came back I could not trace the first vehicle at the delivery location and i have no other information about its owner, there is no booking history provided in the app.
Requesting to resolve this issue soon
