I have enrolled as Zoomcar Host and have given my car with trust to zoomcar considering the brand name.
Pathetic CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have never seen such irresponsible behaviour and pathetic SUPPORT from anyone till date. They operate via app only and their app is another level ###. Most of the time the app is not functional to fill the check list. If you are not filling the checklist then they have a policy that they cant consider anything. So becuase of their app mistake, we have to suffer everytime.
My car got damaged by one of the CUSTOMER but since the app was down we were not able to take the photo and upload it and fill the checklist. Now it has been more than 2 to 3 weeks that i am trying to follow up with their team via call and email, but they are just routing to one another and not taking any responsibility.
I have nowhere to reach to fix my car and finally i am thinking of repairing it at my own cost.
Whoever is using Zoomcar as host of as a CUSTOMER. It's my humble request not to use their services as they are not bothered about their service at all. they just want to take their share and leave both the CUSTOMER and host fighting for refunds. I have seen many cases like this on the internet so please refrain from using such pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
