Zoomcar — security deposit refund not received for 2 bookings made in june | |||
I made 2 bookings mentioned below in june and haven't received security refund for both the bookings yet. The security deposit is supposed to be refunded within 7 days and maximum 30 days as per policy: Booking id: jps6npj3u (12jun, 2020 8:00 am to 15 jun, 2020 8:00 am) - refund pending rs2, 999/- Booking id: jps6nyqmw (06 jun, 2020 9:00 am to 06 jun, 2020 9:00 pm) - refund pending rs3, 299/- There is no response to the complain raised on zoomcar app and they are not responding on customer care as well.
