Dear Sir.

We have reserved one car through the Zoom app for rental reasons, and we have made the payment in advance.
When we started the trip, the car would not start, so we could contact customer service in Bangalore, but there was no availability, so we emerged and took another mode of transportation, and after the return trip, they asked for an additional fee.
