An amount of Rs519 was paid through paytm wallet on 7/02/2017 at 10.20pm against order for groceries. Next day the deliveryman arrived with goods worth 479 as they did not have milk worth Rs 40/- He told me that the amount was unpaid. Previous night when the order was placed & payment made online the payble was shown as zero but at the time of delivery the Zopnow showed the amount as payble. I was told to check with paytm who in turn asked me to contact Zopnow. I am in a quandry as none of the parties to the transaction are accepting their fault
