Hi i purchased extended warranty from zoppers for my below mentioned product

I raised several complaint in zopper and send emails on [protected]@zopper.com & [protected]@zopper.com with reference no - 365364, 366509, 369972, 370056, 374622, 374761, 376946, 375075 & 375281. But not getting any response from their side. Many times contacted in customer care but nobody interested to resolve the issue. I am very frustrated. My led is still not working. I don't understand why are these type of company sell extended warranty if they are not able to support. Please help me out.
