Zotezo.com — Ordered items not delivered

I ordered 5 items on 14/04/2016. One item was delivered on 26/04/2106 but the balance 4 items have not been delivered till date.
Their customer care does not respond and they do not respond to the mails.
Please help to get the balance items delivered. This company posted full page ads in all leading news papers on 14/04/2016 and could have amassed lot of money from unsuspecting customers. Strict action must be taken against such fraud companies.

I have placed abovesaid order for Fogg perfume and Lotus sunscreen cream valuing Rs.786. Items not received yet although the advance payment has been made.Party not responind the Emails & phone calls.
