made an online purchase with Zotezo for fitness product on 26th Nov 2015 worth Rs.2, 727 and it was showing to be delivered with 9 days but there is no updates nor message from Zotezo on the products. It is still showing as in the "Processing stage". I tried to reach the customer care but it always goes to voicemail and though VM is left they never return the call. So, I sent emails to their helpdesk and the sales dept but they have not responded nor cared about my emails. I am so bugged up with their service. If they are not able to deliver the items they should respond and refund the amount. But they are least bothered about it.
I dont know how to get my money back from them. It is more than 15 days now and still not have heard anything from them.
So, request you to please help me on this. Thanks.
