Zotezo.com — Product not delivered/ No response from Zotezo | |||||
Shipment #[protected] of Order #[protected] was never delivered. The order was placed in the month of jan-2016. When I called the customer care, they asked me to check with FedEx, the courier company. I checked with FedEx and have the proof that the product was returned back to Zotezo for missing paper invoice and it was not delivered to me. But Zotezo did not return the product, nor initiated the refund of the money paid. Was this information helpful? | |||||
