[Resolved] Zotezo.com — Product not shipped even after the payment. Waiting for 15 days. No proper response.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased a philips iron from zotezo.com on 27th Dec 2015. I have done the payment of Rs749/- for the same. my order number is #[protected]. Everytime i call the company says it will shipped shortly. Now its 15 days over still on tracking it shows my oder is in process. Company promised me to ship it on 2nd of Jan. then on 4th of Jan. then on 6th of Jan. then they said shortly shipped.

Product is shipped now. Thought it very late. after lot of follow up product was sent. one part is missing there. however you can close down this complaint. Thanks Raghuveer
