Zotezo.com — Ordered a product with order id[protected] on 17 april but still not delivered and no update

I ordered a product on zotezo.com on 17 th April with the order Id[protected] and I have also done the payment but still the status of order is showing in processing.
And I have contacted them through their helpdesk as well as through their customer care number but got no reply from them.
Please look into this matter as early as possible otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court because it's a fraud as after getting money they are not responding.
