Zovi — Haven't received my Order yet

I have ordered a shirt (Order - ZETSNP) on my friend's address. He got an SMS after Order but I didn't receive any mail from you yet. It's been more than a week now and Order not shipped yet. Could you please let me know the status of the Order - ZETSNP.
