[Resolved]  Zovi — Late delivery

Hello All, I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 9th November 2014 through zovi.com. Expected date of delivery was 17th November 2014. At the end of even 18th November, I didn't get delivery of it. When I called customer care, they told me to wait for 2 more days. This is my first experience with Zovi.com & its too bad. I would like to get compensated for delay. Thanks -Chirag
