[Resolved] Zovi — refund amount

This sep 11th i booked a brown casual slipper through net banking.u will deduct the exact pair amount .But it will not show my order list .then i called customer care number and explain my problem .But she booked my order cash on delivery what should i do and how can i get my refund amount.
