Zovi — Size issue

I bought two kurtis from zovi. One is fine but the another one is too large for me. So that I want to change the size of the kurti from Large(L) to medium(M). customer care person told me after 2 working days will reverse pickup your order but still did not come for reverse pickup. Kindly do the needful. My order no is ZYVBG9.
