Zovi — Worst service during delivery - Still not delivered | |||
I ordered a pair of shoe from zovi.com on 11 June 2014 with order number Z8M2RR. I did neither receive delivery nor notification regarding my order till June 19, 2014. Hence, I mailed to customer services to check the status. They confirmed that my request will be taken care on priority and will get my order with in 1-2 working days. After 2 working days, I again did neither get my shoe nor any notification from Zovi. I again mailed him to check the status. A person called me then to inform that my order was misplaced and I will have to order again. However, I refused to order again as I never cancelled my order and It should be company responsibility to deliver my product at any cost unless I cancel it. Finally, I got a call from courier person on June 27, 2014 to receive my order. Since, I was in office (not at my resident) I asked him to deliver on next day (which was Saturday). However, he did not turn up and my staus shows that my order is cancelled. This is the height of irresponsibility. 1. You don't inform the consumer about the status if you are late in delivery. 2. You never intimate to consumer on anything. 3. Your courier person already assumes that consumers are job less and will always be at his /her room to get the delivery. 4.
