I received a call in afternoon on 4th March 2014to receive from Zovi Courier Boy for myorder # ZBFN5A, which was ordered on 24 Feb 2014, He was very casual with hitalks to deliver the courier and asked me to receive the same in evening till 5o clock on 4th March 2014.
and again I received a call at 7:35 pm (4th March2014) from number # [protected] and he was asking my home address to reach wherehe had to taken approx 30 minutes more. I am very surprised how careless andvery un-sufficient this Zovi band is who delvers the products at night, when I asked him todeliver the same on next day this is not an appropriate time than he said"ab toh fir Sunday ko hi milega" When I asked himto deliver by tomorrow he said "kal toh mai aur jada rat ko aunga, kar do kisko karni hai complain number bhi mai hi deta hnu".
What do I do i am very angry and upset with this service however I had alreadyraised the complain regarding the same before, I do not hear from Zovi people till now.
Should I take a legal action against ZOVI.
