We are the distributors in delhi wholesale since last 2 years for zydus wellness sikkim(everyuth cosmetics) on 15th of july2015 we did rtgs for rs.4 lacs and along with that placed our order as a normal course we used to do each time. But the very next day it was conveyd to us from delhi office that the accounts department have issued a debit note against us for the similar amount which is unlawfull and illegal. After having several arguments we recieved a mail from h.O. That no further debit note would be issued. Telephonically your management convinced us regarding the same and requested us to make another rtgs in order not to loose the sales and also they assured us to help to revert the debit note issued. So, on 23rd july 2015, being a loyal member of the company we made another rtgs for rs.4 lacs and again the very next day they issued another debit note against us and no stock has been given to us by them against our total payment of rs8lacs sir, they have cheated us and hereby request you to kindly give the justice and please help me to get my rtgs payment back to me along with the interest
