Salaries to Zylog Ex-employees are not paid from November 2012. Till date Settlement to the Ex-Employees is not done. Im ZYLOG SYSTEMS INDIA(WI5) EXISTING CUSTOMER FROM 2 MONTHS i have paid 7months bill in advance
from 1 jun onwords my network notworking because of server failure WI5 customercare send me sms server may recover with in 48 hours after 2 days server not recovered,they said again 48 hours after 2days also problem not resolved they said from 12th jun onwords its working but 14th jun stil problem countine....

I have taken the connection of WI5 on 29th may 2013 after 2 days myconnection means from 1st june 2013 the internet connection is not working.

I called to some representatives of the company they said me on 03/06/2013 that the connection will start working from tommorrow but even after 8-9 days its not started.

Now i am calling to various representatives of the company but nobody is picking up the phone or sometimes...

I am rohit goyal, user of broadband service from Wi5 in my area from past 8 months, but from the past few days mine Internet connection is not working, i tried calling call center, technical team and other officials from Zylog but none of them are listening,User Id is NS 83942....

One of the worst company in Chennai...my advice to the Freshers/Experienced please do not join this company even i[censored] get an offer..
Till now, none of the employees in the office didn't get salary, Appraisal..there is no mail y the delay is happened....
Also Office buses there is no proper maintenance...I[censored] travel in that bus u will get back pain for sure...

There is no Maternity leave for female employees in zylog systems. If a female employee is going of ML it is treated as Loss of Pay (i.e no salary) for those days. They are considering as a break, even if they are going on leave for 90 days. I dont know where to give complaint.
Please suggest me, where i can give complaint about this....

not putting on a/c at office after 6pm. saying current bill too high and big genrator consumes lot of diesel per hour.

but always putting special a/c only in executive rooms in 1st floor!!!!

employee struggle like anything. same story for people working late nights and also weekends. oneday someone will die or collapse during meetings. then only mgt will take serious and important i thnk

Zylog Systems limited is behaving in very unprofessional way. The terms and conditions were not clearly stated upon interviewing or joining and they try to exploit the employees.

We are forced to work for 16 hours a day and also during weekends without proper respect. The management is behaving immature and not letting guys to leave the job even after the notice period by not providing relieving letter....

The HR is just terrible or even we can say non-HR. The way the employees are given false promises during joining are very sweet words. Later on during the 6months or later appraisal, the same HR says "company policies" are different and there are no commitments towards anything. They also bring up some un-heard of issues and find ways of saying they will give only small increments.
