I have ordered Barosi pickle from swiggy instamart the pickle was filled with heavy amounts of salt its not eatable at all still they are not returning.

I've placed the above cited food order on[protected] for Rs.3, 310/- with Swiggy at around 12.35PM and received a wrong order from Zomato #[protected]. I immediately raised the issue on swiggy app chat and also with the hotel (Rahhams) to take back the wrong order delivered to me and asked them to deliver the food ordered by me. I have ordered a ptron earbuds from instamart but I found them damaged and applied for refund but i haven't received my refund yet. According to instamart agents my refund has been completed but I have not received it yet even my bank officials asked me to contact swiggy.

Today I placed order #[protected], The address i can see in my profile is correct, but not sure from where It was taking Electronic city and the delivery boy was arguing very badly. I connected to customer care and they are simply telling they can not help . they simply cancelled my order without no refund. this is simply a fraud case. either you redeliver my order or refund please, else i have to go for a police complain.

Ordered via swiggy, subway sandwich and crispers.

One item crispers was missing and the bread was plain even though order was honey oats and Paramesan. Swiggy offered a refund amount less than the missing item! They never refunded it as we did not accept. But there was no further grievance redressal. No money received nor issues solved or heard.

I have just procured the number [protected] but when I try to create account, it says account deactivated. I'm guessing it's deactivated by the previous sim holder. Can you please activate it so that i can create my swiggy account and start ordering from swiggy? My email is [protected]@gmail.com

The agent did not deliver the food and has updated the status as delivered. He called me at 8.02 to give the OTP as Grill9 will only give it to him once the OTP is given to them. I checked around 8.30 the status was showing as delivered. I immediately reached out to customer support and trying to call him and there was no response. I have the CCTV installed in the building to show he has not come .

I ordered some beverages in railway station but swiggy delivery partner refused to come so i told him come in entrance near the ticket window where all vahicle are allowed to enter and there is no need to park. Butter the delivery partner was strongly refuted to move from shop and support centre also support him and cancelled my order and charge me full of my order amount. I ordered this today from instamart of swiggy. But sorry to say that the order was not delivered properly. It was completely melted and what we received was liquid form of Kulfi. Is this the way you deliver the order. This was in the afternoon and care should have been taken care.

I have ordered a chiken triple rice worth ₹ 259 from Swiggy for my dinner at around 9 pm. But the Swiggy delivery person had instead delivered me chiken noodles of less value and can’t be consumed as a meal. I have talked to the customer care of Swiggy as well, but they didn’t provide any resolution.
This is clearly a case of cheating. ( providing wrong item of less value and no use and charging the full money)...

I am unable to login to my swiggy account which is a food delivery app.its showing that multiple logins by this device try with previously registered numbers but I have login with only two numbers and now iam try with the previous one only.
So kindly resolve my problem....
