Deepa from Runwal Garden Dombivli now saying we can’t adjust 1.5% immunity adjustments. Where was for 3 years. It’s a forge from runwal to flat owner. She is responsible for TDS calculations and I have paid extra because of her mistake. She is asking for 3 year advance maintenance which was never communicated until possession demand, plus building maintenance started after OC. Demand payment chnage from 15 days to 10 days was never communicated.

As per the Stamp duty Scheme, we are pleased to inform you that as your registration has taken place along with the balance payment within the specified timeline, you are eligible for the waiver of 1.5% Stamp duty amount as stated. However, the amount would be passed as a credit note in our system and same would be adjusted towards the last payment slab at the time of possession. Hence, request you to be rest assured.
