This is the worst company to get the products because they can't provide after-sale services at all. I registered a complaint for my product three times. Guess what?? Incorrect billing after cancellation / Safe Custody charges after disconnection
I cancelled my Airtel Wi-Fi broadband connection on 30 January 2026. Despite the cancellation request, Airtel has continued to generate a bill dated 06 March 2026 for ₹236 showing “Safe Custody Charges”.
I did not request Safe Custody for my connection and I had already asked for disconnection of the service. Therefore, billing me after cancellation is incorrect.
