I am filing a complaint against Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. for misrepresentation and deficiency in service.
At the time of enrollment, the sales representative, Mr. Vishwadeep, clearly assured me that the membership required a one-time payment only (payable in 12 monthly instalments) and that no annual fees would be payable by me. Based on this assurance, I joined the membership in good faith.
