When I called your Service Engineer they assumed loose of Plastic aesthetic pieces and therefore they are not able to solve the Problem. Even if they analysed Lap joint loose Noise, they might not have taken any action.
I have solved the Problem by using Pidilite Flex Kwik adhesive by dropping three times between Lap clearance...
