I had ordered 2 boxes of dry coconut from this company organixa supply. They mentioned the shipment will be done and until one week the shipment was not dispatched until I followed up for the same. I was notified that shipment is sent by vrl. They kept saying we will get LR copy and provide the same and until today no LR copy provided. My shipment has reached my destination but without LR copy shipment cannot be delivered....

Honestly, I don't find the charting here as comfortable, it could be way more efficient.
