I am writing to report an issue regarding my water tax payment. I completed the payment online yesterday morning, July 2, 2026. While the amount was debited from my account and the payment was confirmed by my bank, the tax portal has not yet updated my status.
The portal still shows the amount as payable, and the last transaction date reflects a payment from last year.
