1 Win — Withdrawal amount not received

Hi Team,

I have account id[protected] and withdrawal the amount of rs 4100 on 13th aug 2026. I have not received the amount till today. I have claimed and got ticket id SPP-1320359 but it is closed and when I reach out to the support team they have provided me the UTR number[protected]. However I have not received any amount of rs 4100 also with the above UTR number. They asked me for bank support team response of above UTR number but bank denied to provide response because they do not have any information for above UTR to my account. Kindly deposit the amount either to my bank or to 1 win wallet on priority.
