It's been a 10 days and there is no internet connection at all.
I've tried all the means of communication to Tikona, but there's not single response. There's only automated bot response on email and call. But there's no response on Tikona WhatsApp chat, which meant to 24 hrs.
I needed to talk to a representative. I needed an update. But there wasn't any and my connection is still unavailable.
I've already lost trust in Tikona Digital Networks.
I want to terminate my connection permanently. And get my remaining amount refund of 5 months. I already paid for 6 months and only 1 month connection was there. Was this information helpful? |
