A 60 year old patient had collapsed in my college and we decided to call the emergency services .I clearly stated the address but the respondant was rude and denied the services but telling she didn't know the address. We clearly stated the address twice but we were cutoff.Later we recieved a call from other number and asked the details of the patient . She later redirected the call the ambulance services and he coordinated properly. When asked about the time duration to reach the location, the respondant replied she had no idea and questioned how was she supposed to know instead of estimating the time . overall the emergency services were not quick and very negligent and arrogant . honestly i look up to american and other country services and they are far better than here.
