12% Club — Repayment amount sent to wrong bank account

I wish to inform you that I have deposited an amount of Rs 10000 on 07/01/2023 and withdrawn the amount on 11/02/2023 thru 12% club

12% club collected my KYC details (PAN) and based on that it should display only proper bank accounts belonging to me. But it displayed the bank accounts not relating to me and repayment amount got transferred to another person's account o[censored]nion bank which is not mine.

Kindly arrange to collect the amount from wrong account and pay back the amount to me immediately. When I contact about this your customer service executive insist me to collect the statement of that person's account and request me to send the same thru mail. How can I collect another person's bank statement from bank. (Mr Wasin and Mr Prasanth - your customer service executive)

Please note that it is bug in the app and for that I cannot go to pillar to post for rectification of this issue.

Kindly arrange to resolve the issue positively - as early as possible.
