143shopping.com — Refund amount

DEAR SIR:
I purchased nokia lumia 720 (yellow) in 143 shopping Order no 10292 (Friday, May 9, 2014), I received my mobile on(23.05.2014) but they sent black colour, so, I resend the mobile to them to change the colour on (26.05.2014) by "THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS" (PON7617022), After that they told that the don't have alternate colour. so, I told them to refund my amount, they told me with in 10-15 days you will receive your refund amount, after that there is no any proper response from their side even they didn't attend my call also, they told some silly reasons that their server is not working properly, and some other reasons after some days they refund 5500rs on 8th jul. but my full amount is 15200. after that I mailed them called them they are not responding properly, then they mail coming 15th jul you will receive full amount, but not yet I received my amount, so, please help me to receive amount soon.I attached my order copy.
