The construction dump has been disposed in the parking of this residential house (189, Vaishali, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034) for very long now. The people were earlier having their house constructed but now it has been almost a month since they have shifted and are not clearing that dump in the common parking area.
We live in the second floor and have requested the people of the first floor and fourth floor to clear the dump but unfortunately it falls into deaf ears and then they group against us to misbehave with us since nobody lives on the third floor and we are the only other people.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
