I made a booking on 18 Aug at 3 pm booking ID E7LSGD and cancelled at 4.00 pm. after which I spoke with customer care executive and wrote several mails for refund.
booking was cancelled within one hr then after they are not ready to give refund
Please save us from these kind of malpractices and bullying, stubborn and wrong attitude of such hotels. They should be penalized for every wrong action. Was this information helpful? |
