Fabric has a very poor reputation for timely delivery. For 10 days they sat over my clothes given for fry cleaning, on calling they delivered in part, as i was going out of town and i was in a hurry i requested them to deliver whatever they could. After that there was no effort from their side to deliver the balance pending items. When you ask to speak to manager or supervisor they just don't speak over the phone.. Keep mum.. Staff is poorly trained to handle customer issues... They know only one line.. "sorry, won't happen next time" but next time i guarantee you the same damn mistake and delay will happen again!! Very unreliable and irresponsible team of employees.. I would shut down my business, if i provided such poor service!! Ridiculous!! #fabricspa #poorservicefabricspa Was this information helpful? |
