22bet — Amount not added in 22bet account or refunded me.

My user id is[protected].
On the date of 29-OCT-2021 i have done 2 transaction of deposite of 25000/- and 18000/- but still now its not added in my 22bet account or not get its refund still now.

Both transaction refrence number give you below.
For 25000/- transaction id is IGAMHYHRJ7 from SBI bank and
For 18000/- transaction id is KPG-[protected] from kotak mahindra bank.

I also attached my bank statement transaction sceenshot of date 29-oct-2021.

Please check and confirm the payment done or not.
